Margo Hughes graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Advertising in May of 2008, turning her lifelong fascination and love for advertising into a career. After graduation Margo returned to Y&R Brands in NYC, where she had participated in the 2007 Summer Internship program at Young & Rubicam, and joined a field based team at Wunderman. During her two years at Wunderman Margo worked on the Burger King business, learning about "QSR" (quick serve restaurant), Local, Regional and Field Marketing, while supporting the Burger King Marketing Managers and Franchisees. Having gained experience in a specified field, Margo was able to transition to the client side to work on the Field Marketing Team for Dunkin' Brands, supporting more than 1500 Dunkin' Donuts and Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins Combo locations in "Metro NY" (tri-state area including parts of NY, NJ and CT). In March of this year, Margo was offered an opportunity with Dunkin' to return to Knoxville, to support several markets in the Southeast region.

Andrew Foust's mission is to find new technologies to save the world from boring food. Pioneering this new position at McCormick, Andrew drives McCormick's global digital strategy, including digital path to purchase and personalization concepts. His previous experience includes brand management on some of McCormick's most iconic product lines like Grill Mates, Old Bay and McCormick Seasoning Mixes along with sales positions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Andrew received his MBA from Loyola University and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Tennessee.
Russell Parrish is an experienced marketing leader who has spearheaded groundbreaking campaigns for many top brands. He began his career launching some of the most notable video game releases in history, including Grand Theft Auto, BioShock, Civilization and 2K Sports' NBA 2K series - one of Ad Age’s Hot Brands for 2010. Previous to McCormick Spices, he worked on developing digital and social content for American Express and Starwood Hotels. As his work encompassed the media spectrum of social, creative and brand development, he anticipated the convergence of marketing and brand content and focused his attention on content building. Notably, was amongst the first marketers on Facebook, YouTube andTwitter.
