Getting to blogs

Is there a way to browse blogs, other than through each individual directory listing, or to note what blogs have been updated? I'd like to see who else is doing stuff, and later keep track of updates and news, but it seems to be a clumsy system at the moment.

Blogs

John, thanks for the explanation, good question because I was thinking the same thing. I think the real advantages of this system will transpire when more faculty, students and staff in the college participate, otherwise it will only benefit those using the system, and other traditional communication networks and less efficient networks will have to be utilized. We need a critical mass.

blogs

http://www.cci.utk.edu/blog has the merged blog entries from all users on the site. The drupal default is to use the front page for all the "published" and "promoted" pages, books, blog entries, etc. We've changed that for our purposes, but /blog does what you want, I think. Also, the line just below each blog entry on that page has links to the blog where it was posted, i.e., "bjbate's blog" John

Thanks

I guess like all things it takes a while to learn details. So thanks,

Ben
