Post College Committees' Minutes on CCI Web Site

My suggestion to John and everyone else working on the new college web site is to have a location on the college web site for CCI committees' minutes to be posted for only CCI authorized persons to access. This could help in governance transperancy, make committees' minutes more readily available, create a recorded organizational history of the different committees, create an opportunity for more discussion on important college and university issues, reduce email clutter, and numerous other reasons. Any thoughts?

I agree. We decided to do this a year or so ago. With this new back-end system, it should be relatively easy to do now.

 

Finally I think we're close.

I've added the Organic Groups module that seems to make this pretty easy. We'll test it with the Tech Committee and the web group but I plan to show some parts of it to the Board of Visitors for their feedback and roll it out this fall.
