Publicis Internship

ANNOUNCING AN EXCLUSIVE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR UT ADVERTISING STUDENTS!

PUBLICIS USA will be offering a paid internship to a UT advertising student in either account management or account planning for this upcoming summer in the New York office.

PUBLICIS is a major multinational advertising agency, headquartered in Paris, France. The CEO of PUBLICIS USA is none other than UT advertising graduate Gill Duff. Mr. Duff or a designated PUBLICIS representative will conduct interviews this January during our annual NYC trip.

The internship is open to Juniors and Seniors (yes, even graduating seniors.) The HR people at PUBLICIS look on the internship program as an extended 8-week interview and will hire their interns when positions open up!

The PUBLICIS internship program is a very well-organized 8-week program that begins in June. You can read about the program at the PUBLICIS USA website, www.Publicis-usa.com. Then go to "people," then to "intern program." Last year, current UT advertising senior Ashley Butturini was selected for this program.

TO APPLY, HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Prepare an application consisting of a one-page resume and a cover letter. The cover letter should specify the internship for which you are applying (account management or account planning). The letter should communicate why you want to work in advertising, why you want to work in account management or account planning, why your want to work at Publicis, and should communicate something about your personality.

TURN IN ALL MATERIALS TO DR. HALEY - Do not send materials directly to Publicis. Publicis has asked that UT screen the applicants and forward the best 4 or 5 to Publicis for January interviews.
