CCI Land Ambassadors

Mission and Purpose
The purpose of the CCI Ambassadors Program is to assist the College of Communication and Information with student recruitment, alumni relations, community outreach, student retention and college events, and to help the college tell its story to a variety of important constituencies. Prospective students should feel free to contact CCI Ambassadors to request a campus tour, learn more about the college or university as a whole, or simply discuss communication as a potential career.

"I chose the University of Tennessee because of its sense of community, pride, and tradition. UT not only gives each student the opportunity to be whomever they choose to be, but also helps them define what is important to them. The practical experience I am receiving in the College of Communication and Information is preparing me for when I graduate."

"It’s great to be a Tennessee Vol! The energy at the University of Tennessee is real and contagious. There are numerous ways to get involved and get experience on the UT campus. Through my major in the College of Communication and Information, I’m becoming a better communicator by learning various elements that go into being an effective listener and speaker. I have come to realize that everything we do in life pertains to how we communicate."
